CE Sessions  

More than 28 unique continuing education programs will be offered in our “lecture series” format ranging from 1.5 hrs to 2hrs in length. Each session will be priced individually due to the varying range in costs for speakers/panelists. All CE/Educational Lecture Session Sponsor Benefits include:

• Company representative is allowed to provide a one- to two-minute welcome at the beginning of each sponsored CE session. Company affiliation must be properly disclosed and no product promotion or company materials may be distributed.

Corporate Symposia are a valued educational component of the ADHA Annual Conference. ADHA offers several opportunities to hold these dynamic sessions supported by educational grants and accredited for CE credit by ADHA. Dental education/meeting management organizations are invited to submit proposals to conduct ADHA Annual Conference Symposia on topics concerning dental hygiene and related dental related topics.

The ADHA Annual Conference Corporate Symposia Guidelines are designed to provide comprehensive information to organizations that wish to hold a symposium at the ADHA Annual Conference. Read these guidelines thoroughly prior to initiating any grant requests for a symposium. Should there be any questions or additional information needed, please do not hesitate to contact ADHA for assistance.

The fee includes; audio visual and marketing from ADHA.

If ADHA secures the speaker additional fees for the costs associated with the keynote speaker; travel expenses for the speaker (housing, airfare, and ground transportation), TBD

If Sponsor secures the speaker, any fees for travel, housing, etc., are the responsibility of the Sponsor.

Hands-on Workshops: $7,500 per room, per day – limited space!

Do you have product, equipment or techniques that benefit from hands-on instructions?  Have your company become a part of our educational program through our hands-on workshop opportunities.

• Each participating company will receive 1 meeting room for a full day’s use
• You may choose to provide (3) 2 hour hands on session, throughout the day or (2) 3 hour sessions
• The max capacity set up will be approximately 45-50 with a classroom set up
• ADHA will promote your workshop(s) and have attendees register for your class.

The ADHA will provide an LCD projector, screen and microphone for all hands-on sessions.  Costs for additional requirements requested will be the sponsor’s responsibility, including material handling, machines/equipment, electrical, internet, etc.

10-minute presentation to showcase your latest product to over 200 attendees. A maximum of 10 exhibiting companies will present, chosen on a first come, first served basis. Product Presentations will now be showcased inside the exhibit hall.

•   Space located inside the exhibit hall on the show floor.
•   AV to include: (1) lavalier, (1)Podium Mic, (1) Screen and LCD Projector, AV technician, VGA switch, laser pointer, sound    amplification and mixer. ADHA will manage the PPT presentation onsite.
•   Listing in the Annual Conference Mobile App.
•   Distribution of products to attendees. ADHA will notify attendees registered for the Product Presentation of any promotions offered by the company prior to the presentation. Promotions to be redeemed at company’s booth.
•   ADHA will be provide a display case to showcase your product. Should you want to participate, your product will need to arrive at the convention center no later than Tuesday, June 9.

One of our most unique offerings at our national Annual Conference is our Student Research Poster competition and our RDH Posters. As part of this program, a Student Awards Breakfast will be held with the sponsor of the program as the honored guest.

Sponsor the closing general session at ADHA 2020. The general session includes an awards presentation as well as keynote speaker. The sponsorship fee also includes marketing in the online planner, mobile app, e-blasts and branded signage throughout the convention center.
